Administrative Meeting must be held by President of the university. The organization of representatives is in accordance with Article 42 of National Central University Organization Regulation. The Meeting is to discuss important administrative affairs of NCU, and meeting minutes should be announced and delivered to every unit after approval.

Two times in every month of the semester; one time during the month of winter break and summer vacation.
