   •  News processing of news peg sheet from the College of Management, Health Sciences and Technology, Earth Sciences, Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, and each administrative unit. In compliance with the news processing and active news digging required by activities or policies of each unit, and news contact processing with the individual or feature needs of the media.

   • Update the email, line, and contact information of the four types of reporters from Taipei Culture and Education, Taoyuan, Taipei Finance, and International Media at all times. Grasp the list of online reporters precisely for releasing the news smoothly.

   • Daily public sentiment processing, collect positive and negative news about our university as a reference for policy implementation.

2.  Main contact of external news, and being on call for the news contact number.

3. Organize or co-organize a press conference.

4. Compiling, writing, editing the “ NCU-E NEWS”, and publish monthly.

5. Recruit and train campus reporters, and hold "editing meetings" regularly.

6. Organize or co-organize major celebration events.
